Secondary Biplanar Subpectoral Breast Augmentaion 350cc

This woman presented to me with a history of a saline transaxillary breast augmentaion by another doctor. She had asymmetry both in volume and breast implant position, She showerd hyperdynamic motion. We chose volume changes with the aid of sizers. Intraoperatively we confirmed that the muscle release was asymmetric . We used an inframammary approach, corrected the muscle release to allow improved implant placement and performed a capsulorrhaphy to bring in the  excessive lateral displacement. We utilized Allergan Natrelle Inspira breast implants; SRF-415 for the right and SRF-385 for the left. She was pleased with the outcome.
