This woman expressed to me her desire to have more youthful breasts. She had age related breast involution and wanted more shape and volume. She chose the volume with the use of sizers and we chose the implants with the aid of a Vectra photographic simulation system. She underwent breast augmentation through an inframammary incision with biplanar subpectoral placement using Allergan Natrelle Aspire implants; SRM 300 cc. She was pleased with her new look.
