This woman wanted to increase the size of her breasts. She chose the volume with the use of sizers ans we went on to use Vectra photographic simulation to choose the implants. We performed a biplanar subpectoral breast augmentation through an inframammary incision. We utilized Mentor Memory gel implants with a Moderate PLUS Profile, 350 cc. She was pleased with the outcome
