Biplanar Subpectoral 400cc
This woman wanted to improve the appearance of her breasts with breast augmentation. She demonstares some asymmetry. We chose the size with the use of sizers and explored options with Vectra photographic simulation. To satisfy her wishes, we placed Allergan Natrelle Aspire implants in a biplanar subpectoral pocke through an inframmmary incision; SRM 445 on the right and SRM 405 on the left. Her recovery was uneventful and she was pleased with the result.
