transaxillary endoscopic subpectoral 300cc

This young woman wanted to increase the size of her breasts. She was concerned about scarring and showed breast asymmetry. We chose the breas volume with sizers and chose the implants with the assistance of the Vectra photographic simulator. We used an endoscopic transaxillary approach for biplanar subpectoral placement. For the smaller right breast, we used an Allergen Natrelle SRM-360 inplant; for the larger left implant, a SRM-295. The incision scars are discrete and she is pleased. Breast Augmentation performed by board-certified plastic surgeon Peter D. Geldner, MD, with offices in Chicago and Oak Brook.
