This woman wanted to improve the size and shape of her breasts. She had been pregnant, losing breast volume in the process. She also noted the difference in the size of her breasts and wanted better symmetry. She chose the approximate volume of the implants with sizers. We then used the Vectra three-dimensional photographic system to first demonstrate the actual volume difference of her breasts and then to help her visualize what these implants could do for her. We used Natrelle SSM implants by Allergan with 360 cc to the right side and 310 cc to the left. Her recovery was uneventful, and she was very pleased with the results.
