This woman sustained substancial breast involution She wanted to have saline implants and an axillary incision. She chose her fill volume with sizers and we verified this with three dimensional photographic simulation. We performed a transaxillary subpectoral augmention with Natrelle saline implants; 68LP-325 filled to 345. The low profile was chosen to allow aqequate filling of her broad chest width. She was very pleased.
