This young woman came to me wanting a breast lift. She also wanted to be a little smaller. I recommended a vertical mastopexy with Vaser liposuction to reduce the volume of the breasts in a diffuse fashion. We removed about 100 cc of fat from each breat at the same time as we performed the mastopexy. She was pleased with her outcome.
