This woman wanted to increase her breast size and improve her appearance. We jointly selected 375 cc of volume by using sizer and three dinentional simulation. Taking her chest and breast measurements into account, we used Mentor 375 cc Moderate profile plus implants in a biplanar placement through a periareolar approach.
