concentric mastopexy augmentation
This patient wanted to increase the size of her breasts, but only a little. She wanted to have a lift, but insisted on a concentric approach. We chose a Mentor moderate profile implant to maximize the implant width, asymmetric to correct the difference between the starting volume of her breasts; 255 cc on the left, 235 cc on the right. She has done well. Breast Augmentation performed by board-certified plastic surgeon Peter D. Geldner, MD, with offices in Chicago and Oak Brook.
