This young woman wanted to enlarge her breasts. She demonstrated asymmetry, with her left breast being larger than her right. She wanted to avoid visible scarring. Size was determined by the patient in concert with the surgeon. Sizers as well as three-dimensional simulations were used. She underwent endoscopic transaxillary subpectoral gel implant breast augmentation with Allergan style 15 397 cc for the right and style 15 371 for the left. She likes her results!
