Endoscopic Transaxillary Biplanar Subpectoral Breast Augmentation 250cc
This woman wanted to increase the size of her breasts and we elected to achieve this with a breast augmentation. She preferred silicone gel through an axillary incision. She chose her approximate size with the use of implant sizers and we verified this with the Vectra three dimensional photographic system. We used an axillary incision and under endoscopic guidance, created a biplanar subpectoral pocket and placed Allergan Natrelle SRM-295 implants. She was very pleased with the outcome.
