Transaxillary Endoscopic Biplanar Subpectral Breast Augmentation 350 cc
Before
Transaxillary Endoscopic Biplanar Subpectral Breast Augmentation 350 cc
After
Transaxillary Endoscopic Biplanar Subpectral Breast Augmentation 350 cc
This patient came to me wanting to correct involutional changes of her breasts. We used sizers to determine which volume would work best to achieve her goals. We used a transaxillary endoscopic approach to create a biplanar subpectoral pocket. We utilized Allergan Natrelle saline implants 68-390. We filled the right implant to 410 cc and the left to 390 cc to improve her mils asymmetry. She was so pleased with the outcome of her breast augmentation.
