Biplanar Subpectoral Breast Augmantation 500cc
This young woman came to me with the desire for larger breasts and a very short distance between her areola and her inframammary fold. I recommended a periareolar incision to better control her new inframammary location. She chose her volume with implant sizers and we confirmed this with the Axis 3 three dimensional photographic system. We used a periareolar incision to position her Allergan Natrelle style 20-550 cc implants in a biplanar subpectoral location. Her recovery was uneventful and she was pleased with the results of her breast augmentation.
