This patient came to me wanting to restore the shape and size of her breasts following pregnancy. She chose her volume by using breast implant sizers and we verified this with Vectra three dinensional photographic simulation. We placed Allergan Natrelle SSM-255 gel implants through an inframammary incision with biplanr subpectoral placement.
