Lipoabdominoplasty 6 month post-op #23698

This patient presented to me with excess skin of the abdomen and excess fat of the torso. We performed VASER liposuction of the abdomen and back. We performed an abdominoplasty at the same time 1450 cc of pure fat was removed as was 280 gm of tissue from the abdomen. As the umbilical site could not be removed, we closed it in a vertical fashion to keep the scar as low as possible. She had an uneventfull recovery and is pleased with her result.
