This 31 year old woman came to me wanting to correct the physical changes which occured from pregnancy and childbirth. We performed a breast augmentation through a periareolar incision, with biplanar placement of a smooth round Natrelle implant 15-421. For the abdomen, we performed Vaser® liposuction with with a lipoabdominoplasty technique. The umbilicus (belly button) donor site was closed to allow low scar placement. She looks and feels great!
