This 30 year old had a prior ultrasonic liposuction by another physician with poor results. Clearly what she needed was an abdominoplasty from the start. To improve this I planned to preserve as much fat as possible and overlay fat on top of fat while tightening her abdominal wall. Though her scar is far higher than I would wish, it was the best option to fix a very unacceptable result.
