This patient loss a massive amount of weight and over a series of 6 years underwent several procedures by me including breast lift with implants, abdominoplasty, fat transfer to the buttocks, liposuction, brachioplasty and thigh lift. She chose the volume using breast implant sizers and we verified this with the Axis 3 three dimentional photographic system. We placed Allergan style 15-421 implants in a biplanar position with a vertical maastopexy. She was very happy with the outcome.
