Breast Lift: Patient 16
This 45 year old had a prior subglandular breast augmentation with saline implants with concentric mastopexy. She was displeased with her appearance. The nipple areolar complexes were looking in different directions, and the breast shape was displeasing to her. We changed her appearance by removing the implants, reattaching her muscle to the breast tissue and placing gel implants in a subpectoral position. To address the nipple malposition and the shape, we performed a vertical mastopexy. We removed saline implants 250 cc, and replaced them with Mentor MPP 175 cc. Breast Lift performed by board-certified plastic surgeon Peter D. Geldner, MD, with offices in Chicago and Hinsdale.
