transaxillary submuscular breast augmentation
Before
transaxillary submuscular breast augmentation
After
transaxillary submuscular breast augmentation
This 32 year old had a prior breast augmentation with saline implants through an axillary approach. She felt that she had too much motion artifact, her breasts were too small and too far apart. The determination of what to use was based on her adding volume to her breasts while in a bra, and we refined the implant choice by implant and patient dimensions. We used an endoscopic axillary approach, corrected the muscle release, and replaced her implants with Allergan 15-533 cc gel implants.Breast Augmentation performed by board-certified plastic surgeon Peter D. Geldner, MD, with offices in Chicago and Oak Brook.
