This 32 year old had a history of prior submuscular placement of saline implants performed by another doctor. She was dissatisfied. Her implants sat too far laterally and she had no cleavage. Sizing with implants showed that she wanted nearly 350 cc more volume in each. Intra-operative findings showed 270 cc implants with almost no release of the pectoral muscles. This accounted for her appearance. They were replaced with Allergan high-profile gel implants, 20-650. She was very pleased with the results.
