Periareolar Submuscular Breast Augmentation 250cc #23258

This 70 year old woman always wanted larger breasts. She was in excellent health and desired breast augmentation. She had pre-existing breast asymmetry, so we had asymmetric augmentation with Natrelle silicone gell filled breast implants placed in a biplanar position through a periareolar approach. Right 15-304, Left 15-286. She is very pleased and feels more confident about her appearance.
