This woman from Chicago wanted to improve the appearance of her breasts. We used implant sizers to help her determine the volume she desired. We then verified it using an Axis 3 three dimensional photographic simulation system. Using a periareolar approach, we created a bilanar subpectoral space and placed Allergan style 15-397 gel implants. She was pleased with the results of her breast augmentation.
