This patient presented with involutional changes of her breasts. She chose the volume of her implants with implant sizers and we verified this with the Vectra three dimensional photographic system. Using a periareolar incision, we placed Mentor 350 cc moderate plus implants in a biplanar subpectoral position. Her recovery was uneventful and she was pleased with the results of her breast augmention surgery.
