Bilateral Subpectoral biplanar breast augmentation with vertical mastopexy 350 cc
Before
Bilateral Subpectoral biplanar breast augmentation with vertical mastopexy 350 cc
After
Bilateral Subpectoral biplanar breast augmentation with vertical mastopexy 350 cc
This patient came to me wanting a breast augmentation. She showed low volume and ptosis. We used breast implant sizers to determine her desired size and the Vectra three dimensional photographic system to give her idea of how a breast lift could look. Simply performing a breast augmentaion would result in a poor ourcome. We performed a bilateral biplanar breast augmentation with Allergan Natelle soft touch implants SSM-375 along with a vertica; mastopexy. Her recovery was uneventful and she was pleased.
