Before
Transaxillary subpectoral biplanar breast augmentation 300cc

After
Transaxillary subpectoral biplanar breast augmentation 300cc

This patient came to me wanting a breast augmentation. She demonnnnnnstrated mild breast asymmetry and wanted to avoid scars on her breasts. We chose the volume of her breast with the use of sizers and verified this with the Vectra three dimensional photographic system. She underwent a subpectoral biplanar breast augmentation using a transaxillary endoscopic approach. We placed Allergan Natrelle implants SSM-330 on the right and SSM-345 on the left.
