This 57 year old female came to me wanting an abdominoplasty.  I felt that she would not benefit from a plication and that her epigastric skin was not too loose.  She was a good candidate for Vaser liposelection and mini-abdominoplasty. We removed 2300 cc of fat from the abdomen and sides of the waist alone.  The tissue removed weighed 468 gm.
