This patient had substantial weight loss before coming to me. We performed several procedures spanning six years. These included liposuction three times with fat transfer to the buttocks, abdominoplasty, brachioplasty, and thigh lift. We also performed mastopexy augmentation in conjunction with other procedures. We staged these operations for safety reasons, as well as to limit the recovery times for each surgery. She had uneventful recoveries after each procedure and was very pleased with the ultimate outcomes.
