Liposcution with Fat Transfer to Her Buttocks #23450

This patient presented to me with the desire to remove fat from her abdomen, back and submental region with fat transfer to her buttocks (BBL). She was very healthy and I felt that a large amount of fat removal was warranted. We removed about 7400 cc of liposylate of which 6275 cc was pure fat. We returned about 750 cc to the smaller right buttock and 600 cc to the left buttock. Her recovery was uneventful and she was pleased with the outcome.
