This woman wanted to remove areas of diet resistant fat from her abdomen and flanks. She was adamant that she did not want an abdominoplasty. I felt that the skin tightening of Vaser would work to our benefit despite my belief that abdominal wall tightening would result in a better outcome. We performed Vaser liposuction of her abdomen and flanks, removing 2000 cc of liposylate of which 1350 cc was pure fat. She was pleased with the outcome.
