This young woman presented with complaints of neck pain, back pain, and shoulder grooving, she wanted relief of her symptoms with breast reduction. Due to the specifice of her anatomy, we chose a superior pedicle technique with an anchor pattern. The right breast yielded 350 grams, the left 250.
