This 46 year old had obvious breast hypertrophy and steroid dependance following organ transplantation. I wanted to retain nipple sensation and shape, so I avoided free nipple grafting. With the approval of her transplant surgeon, we performed an inferior pedicle anchor breast lift. The right breast yielded 881 gm and the left 759 gm. Despite her steroid and antirejection medicine requirements, she had no complications and was pleased with the result. Breast Reduction performed by board-certified plastic surgeon Peter D.
