This gentleman came to me after having an abdominoplasty by another surgeon. He had some weight fluxuations but the scar caused tethering of his abdominal skin which troubled him. I explained that there was only so much that I could do but the goal was to create a smoother contour and remove some of his excess fat. We performed Vaser® Liposuction removing 1750 cc of liposylate of which 1200 cc was pure fat. We removed and rearranged his abdominal skin removing an additional 225 grams of tissue.
