This 55 year old was disappointed with the appearance of her face. She felt old. We performed an endoscopic browlift, a SMAS facelift, a lower blepharoplasty, an open necklift with platysmaplasty, and fat transfer to the lips. She had an uneventful recovery and was very pleased.
