This woman did not like the appearance of her eyes. We performed an upper blepharoplasty with removal of skin, nuscle and fat. For the lower lids, we removed excess fat from all three fat pockets with elevating and tightening the obicularis muscle to create a smoother result while maintaining normal animation. She was pleased.
