Lower Blepharoplasty with Fat Transposition #23717

This woman wanted to improve the appearance of her eyes. She previously tried fillers by another doctor with limited success. We desolved any residual product and performed a lower blepharoplasty through a subcilliar incision with fat transposition and obicularis pexy. She was pleased with the result.
