This patient had recurrent bouts with capsular contracture under the care of another doctor. She also felt that she was too big. After much discussion, we planned to down size the implants, perform appropriate capsulectomies, and use strattice to hopefully reduce the chance of contracture. Two months later she remains soft and pain free. I felt that highly cohesive gel SCM-310 by Allergan was the best choice. Her original implants were 425 cc.
