This young woman came to me for a breast augmentation. On careful examination, both directly as well as with 3D imaging, we concluded that she had not only volume asymmetry but also different projection and width. Using a transaxillary endoscopic approach, we placed Allergan gel implants; 15-397 in the right, and 20-450 in the left. This produces a much more closed symmetry than we had before.
