Before
Transaxillary Biplanar Subpectoral Breast Augmentation 350 cc
After
Transaxillary Biplanar Subpectoral Breast Augmentation 350 cc
This patient came to me wanting a breast augmentation. She demonstrated an asymmetry of both breast volume and chest contour. We used implant sizers to determine her desired size and different volumes and projections to make the breasts look more symmetric. She requested a transaxillary approach. On the right breast, we used an Allergan Natrelle style 15 implant at a volume of 397; for the left, we used a style 10 implant with a volume of 330 cc. Her results were great and she was thrilled with her new look.
