This patient presented to me wishing to increase the size of her breasts. She had mild asymmetry. We chose the volume of her implants with sizers and refined this with a Vectra photographic simulation system. We used an inframammary incision to create a biplanar subpectoral pocket. The implant were Allergen Natrelle Aspira implants: SRF 345 for the left and SRF 365 for the right. She was pleased with the outcome.
