This patient presents with a desire to increase her breast size but wants to avoid mastopexy incisions. She shose her implant volume with sizers and we used the Vectra photographic system to choose her implant. We wanted to keep a narrow base to avoid a breast lift. I preferred a periareolar incision to allow greater control of her inframammary fold. We used Allergan Natrelle implants SRF-345. She was pleased with the result.
