This young woman wanted a breast augmentation with the least scarring possible. She chose her implant volume with sizers and we chose the implant using the Vectra photographic system. We performed a transaxillary endoscopic biplanar subpectoral breast augmentation using Allergan Natrelle implants SRM-295. she was pleased with the outcome.
