This young woman wanted to increase the size of her breasts. We used sizers to determine her desired volume and the Vaser three dimensional photographic system to determine her best implant choice. We utilized Allergan Natrelle implants, SRM-360 through an inframammary incision with biplanar subpectoral placement. She recovered well and is happy with the result.
