Biplanar Breast Augmentation 300cc #23526

This young woman wanted to enhance the size and look of her breasts. She showed mild asymmetry and involution. She also wanted to reduce the projection of her nipples. We planned her operation with the benefit of the Vectra phographic system and chose an Allergan SRM 295 for the right breast and SRM 310 for the left. Her appraoch was inframammary, her placement was biplanar, subpectoral. She was pleased. Breast Augmentation performed by board-certified plastic surgeon Peter D.
