This 67 year old woman came to me with the desire to look younger. After careful consideration of her anatomy and desires, we came up with a plan. We performed an endoscolpic browlift, a SMAS facelift with division and overlay in different directions (variation of Baker's technique), open neck lift with platismaplasty and transverse division, and a pinch lower blepharoplasrty.
