This woman wanted to improve the appearance of her eyes. I felt that an endoscopic browlift would be very helpful in conjunction with her blepharoplasty. The upper eyelids were improve with removal of excess skin and fat. The lower eyelid was improved by transposition of fat to the tear trough deformity as well as conservative skin removal and obicularis pexy. She is pleased with the outcome.
