This young woman wanted to reduce the size of her breasts to alleviate her symptoms of breast hypertrophy. We used a central inferior pedicle technique with an anchor skin pattern. The right breast provided 272 grams of tissue abd the left yielded 288 grams of tissue. She was pleased with the outcome.
