This woman presents with complaints of back, neck, and shoulder pain attributable to the size and weight of her breasts. She wished a breast reduction. We used an inferior-central pedicle removing 1147 grams of breat tissue from the right breast and 1196 grams from the left. She had an uneventful recovery and is very pleased with the outcome.
