This patient came to me wanting to improve the appearance of her face. A facelift was a poor option as she lacked fullness in her cheeks. I recommended fat transfer to create a youthful contour. A total of 53 cc of fat was placed in various locations on her face from an abdominal donor site. She had a gratifying result.
